Practices for the Deerfield Dolphins Swim Team  2022 season start tomorrow. 

We will hold regular practices Monday through Friday. We will let you know if any changes need to be made in the schedule to accommodate all of our swimmers.

• 4 - 5 p.m. Jr. / Sr. High Age Group (13-14 & 15-18)
• 5 - 5:30 p.m. 6&Under Age Group
• 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. 7-8 Age Group
• 6:00 - 6:40 p.m. 9-10 Age Group
• 6:40- 7:35 p.m. 11-12 Age Group

What to bring: come ready to swim with towels, cap and goggles (recommendedbut not required), and water bottle.

We frequently use the Remind app to communicate during the season, especially on meet days. Download the app and join the "Deerfield Dolphins" class (Class code is @deerfieldd).
