Good morning Dolphin families,

Today is a good day to commit!  Time Trials is one week from Saturday, and our team is swimming every weekend from May 7th until June 18th.

1. You will need to click on the green "Meet Entries" box for EACH MEET.
2. Click on "Edit" box (don't worry if it says something like "swimmer not qualified) and declare whether each of your swimmers is attending a meet--it's a drop down menu.  
3. Click "Save"  
4. Now--go click on the "Job Signup" box and find a volunteer position. Every family is required to serve in AT LEAST three volunteer shifts this season.
5. You must sign up for your shifts by May 6th. If you don't, it's quite possible that you will be assigned shifts by the volunteer coordinator. So, choose your positions today. Get involved and support the kids--volunteering is a great way to get to know your neighbors, too!

*DEERFIELD VILLAGE is one of the only teams in the North West Aquatic League that doesn't require a volunteer deposit.  We are a completely volunteer-led non-profit organization and it takes all of us--the whole "Village" to run swim meets.

**I also recommend getting the "Swimtopia" app for your phone.  You can track your swimmers' progress and edit commitments on the app as well.**
