Good morning Dolphins,

Saturday morning is our second Duel Meet against the Copperfield Swim Team. This is our first "official" Home Meet.

**Setting up for the meet: much of our meet set up happens the night before. If you are at the pool for practices this afternoon/evening, please lend a hand to Gary Sommmers as he oversees all of the set-up activities **

Now, for the Meet timeline!

• Check-in time is 7:00 a.m. Highlight/Circle in your swimmer's name as soon as you arrive. If you are not checked in by 7:30, the Clerk of Course will scratch you from the meet. Text Julie Kokinakis (our CoC) if you are running late or have an emergency. 832-270-2414
• WARMUPS begin at -- 7:15
• Timers and Scribes for both shifts will meet at 8:00
• Meet begins at 8:30
• 6 & u should be finished by 11:30
• Everyone stays to pick up/put away when the meet is over!!

Additional information:

• There will be a check in area where you MUST highlight/circle-in all of your swimmers. It will be located on the back side of the pool house/basketball court area. Please do this right when you arrive. If you are volunteering at this meet, there will be a place to check in with the volunteer coordinator close to swimmer check in.
• You will need to meet and check in with the parent supervisor if you have a 10 & under swimmer. They will be responsible for lining up the swimmers for all of their races.
• We will NOT have designated age group tents/group shade on Saturday.
• Our team set up area is on the basketball court and surrounding grass. Visiting teams set up in the grassy area on the opposite side of the Rec Center
• Our Deerfield Concessions and Grillers are ready for us, so bring money for food.
