Important information; please read

Changes for this Saturday’s meet:

• AT CHECK-IN: WHEN swimmers highlight their names as they arrive, PLEASE ALSO LET US KNOW WHETHER YOUR SWIMMER IS AVAILABLE FOR THE FREESTYLE RELAY at the end of the meet (If they qualify to swim the relay, we need you to declare their availability! We can swim up to three relays per age group, so we need to field as many as we can).

• Starting Saturday, YOU MUST CHECK OUT YOUR SWIMMER WHEN YOU LEAVE. There will be a Parent Volunteer stationed at the check-in/Check-out table for the entire meet. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF HAVE TO LEAVE THE MEET. This is for EVERY AGE GROUP.

• Swimmers need to know their Event numbers, watch the white board, and listen for announcements. Parents and Swimmers need to work together to make sure they make it to the READY BENCH at the appropriate time.
