Hello Deerfield Dolphins,

Our first meet, Time Trials, is this Saturday!

Check-in by 7:30

Warmups start at 7:45

Meet begins at 8:30

6 & u should be finished by 11:30

We need everyone to help pick up/put away when the meet is over.

No worries if you didn't get a chance to declare your meet attendance. Our swim software automatically adds all swimmers on the roll to meets unless we know you will be absent.

If something happens in the morning, and you're running late or cannot make it, please contact our Clerk of Course, Courtney Foerster at 281-723-6331

What to expect on Saturday

• When you arrive, there will be a check in area where you will highlight/circle-in all of your swimmers. It will be located on the back side of the pool house
• If you are volunteering at TT, look for the volunteer check in table
• There will be designated Age Group tents hosted by our Parent Supervisors for our three youngest age groups: 6 & Unders, 7-8s, and 9-10s.  We encourage you and your kids to sit in or very near this tent.  Please introduce yourself and your child to the Parent Supervisors and check in with them when you arrive. They will be responsible for lining up the swimmers for all of their races.

2. 7-8s Tent hosted by Tyler Yates (1st shift) and Cassandra Scott (2nd shift)
3. 9-10s Tent hosted by Carissa Lamkahouan

• Older age groups will not have designated age group tents/group shade, but it would be ideal if these older kids sat together as well. If you are parents of older kids and have a pop-up canopy, feel free to establish a home base for our veteran swimmers!
• Our team set up area is on the basketball court and surrounding grass.
• Bring money for concessions! We will have hot food from our Grilling Crew, snacks, drinks and lots of great choices!

Also, be on the lookout for Coach Morgan Brosch Saturday morning!! She's driving in from her college in Tennessee to be at Time Trials!!!
