The Copperfield Pool for Saturday's meet is located:

7703 Park Falls Drive, Houston, TX

Check-in time is 7:15. 

Warmups are 7:45 to 8:15

Scratch meeting is at 7:45 (if you're late and don't circle-in by this time, and don't let our Clerk of Course know, you will be scratched from the meet)

If you are running late, or your swimmer wakes up sick Saturday and can't make the meet, please contact our Clerk of Course, Courtney Foerster: 281-723-6331

Copperfield morning meeting times are:

8 AM for Officials 

8:10 for Timer/Scribes

8:10 for Ready Bench 

8:10 for the Runners at Computers 

and then all other Computer jobs at 8:20.

• Circle-in/highlight the names of all of your kids swimming with the Clerk of Course 
• Volunteers: highlight your name at the Volunteer table and attend any pre-meet meetings
• Deerfield team set up is outside the pool gates on the green belt side, we have bad weather coming but that side should be dried up by Saturday  
• It is recommended that we bring tarps to lay down to be on the safe side! 
• Bring mosquito spray, as the bugs have been bad this week
• Parking is allowed on both sides of the street ONLY on the part of the street directly in front of the pool (Park Falls) All other streets only allow parking on one side as indicated in green on the attached map.
• Please make sure that no homeowners driveways are blocked and that they stay at least 50 ft away from all the stop signs. 
• Please also let your swimmers and their families know that the splash pad is completely off limits. 

The Copperfield Dolphin Diner accepts cash, card and Square. They have full concessions including: coffee, breakfast tacos, kolaches, muffins, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken on a stick, sausage on a stick, pulled pork sandwiches, nachos, fruits, water, soft drinks, candy and other foods. (Breakfast starts as soon as we can unpack so it’s not a standard time. Lunch will start around 10:00am.)
