It is the policy of the Deerfield Village Swim Team that every family serves a minimum of FOUR volunteer shifts over the course of the season. Next Sunday, June 16th is our last swim meet and the last opportunity to get in your shifts. 

Our records show that you a missing either one or two shifts. Please check your SwimTopia account to see how many shifts you've served.

I am giving all of you first choice at choosing shifts for this meet. Please go online now and choose your shifts.

I will open these shifts up to the whole team at 8:00 tonight.

Thank you for your cooperation.  It's vitally important to have parent participation in order for these big swim meets to run well.
