Good Evening, Deerfield Dolphins!!!

Few additional things to know regarding Divisional meet on Sunday.

• First -- Make sure to RSVP your swimmer/s attendance by first thing tomorrow morning as RSVPs will close for the behind scene work to begin.  Then the day before/day of you will need to let Clerk of Course --- Courtney Foerster, 281-723-6331 --- know of any emergency changes you have come up.  Meet day details will come out later this week.
• Be sure to sign yourself up for a volunteer spot when  you RSVP your swimmer/s.  As Jennifer has said, we really need everyone's support at our largest meet of the season.  And here's a added bonus -- outdoor set up (read more below) means volunteering = air conditioning!!
• For those who have not been to the CyFair Natatorium, there is indoor bleacher seating for viewing only.  This area is to SIT -- WATCH your swimmer -- and GO!!  There will be absolutely NO set up allowed on the bleachers, this includes the bleachers overlooking the pool not in use. There is also NO standing at the glass wall to view.  Safety monitors and police officers will ask you to move.  
• Set up will be outside the Natatorium in grassy areas surrounding the building.  Please be sure to bring all items needed for an outdoor setup -- tents/canopy, chairs, blankets, coolers, etc. I have attached a photo showing areas around Natatorium. 
• Parking in the small lot directly in front of the Natatorium is for officials and coaches ONLY.  You will have to show badge to park there.   
• Sign in table for both swimmers and volunteers will be located in the parking lot directly behind the ready bench area at the back of the Natatorium.  Process is the same for this big meet -- swimmers sign in the morning and volunteers check in when you arrive.  
• DJ will have speakers outside for music enjoyment and more importantly, to be announcing events to ready bench.  Again, large meet so listen up so swimmers don't miss their events. 
• It will be best to attempt to group your set up with other Deerfield families.
• Ready bench will be for swimmers only.  No parents are allowed down on deck with swimmers.  (unless you are timing/scribing -- hint, hint!!)
• Concessions will be sold inside the Natatorium.
• Each team in division is sponsoring a fun themed basket for silent auction.  The Deerfield Basket proceeds benefit our team.  Be sure to check them all out and happy bidding!
