Hey Deerfield Swim Family!!!

REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!!!! Signs are out!!! 
I encourage everyone to sign up early!

Swimmers must be signed up by March 31 to guarantee a team tshirt. Swimmers also must be registered and paid up to get in the water! First practice is April 15^th.

Speaking of shirts – something different this year is you will only select sizes of tshirts for your swimmer/s in the registration process. Additional shirts can be ordered thru our NEW awesome online Deerfield merchandise store! Be sure to check back as we will be adding additional merch in the coming weeks!!

Our NEW Fundraising Committee has some great ways to raise money for needed equipment, so keep on the lookout as event details are rolled out!!! Our first big fundraising event is back by popular demand!!! Our DVST Crawfish Boil will be held following Meet the Coach on March 29. Stay tuned for details!!!

Deerfield Swim Team cannot operate without support from sponsors. EVERYONE can help with sponsorships – Ask at work. Ask where you shop. Ask where you eat. Everywhere local you visit could have an interest in getting some good word of mouth over the next few months from our team. I have attached a sponsorship letter to this email for anyone that wants to help build sponsorships!!

Lastly, I am also attaching a registration flyer. Share with your friends --- inside and outside of Deerfield! If their neighborhood doesn’t have a swim team, we would love to have them join us in Deerfield!!!
