Hello Dolphins!

We have another home meet tomorrow and we go into it undefeated! Let's put on our best show of good sportsmanship and Deerfield values and swim fast to boot!

Night before set up--8pm tonight at the pool

Morning set up--6:30am

Check in--7am (if you find yourself running late text a friend so they can let us know)

Warm up--7:15-7:45am

Scratch--7:45am

Meet Starts--8:30am
