Great job at Time Trials Dolphins!  Lots of fast swims, smiles, great weather and lots of volunteers to make the meet run smoothly!  Thank you to all!  Results will be posted soon.

Monday—Please make sure you RSVP for the meet by Monday night of this week. We are home against the Bridgelands so we need every swimmer!

Friday—Set up (if you signed up) is poolside from 6:30-7:30pm during practice.

Saturday—Set up (if you signed up) is from 6:15am-7am.  Swimmers report to the pool at 7am. Warmup will be from 7:10-7:40am.  Scratching will be done at 7:45am so make sure you are on time.

Timeline:

7am—Highlight your name on the sign in table and highlight parent’s name if you are volunteering. Report to the tent.  It is important to sit with your age group in the tent so that the Parent Supervisors can find you when it is time for your race.

7:10-7:40am—warmup

7:40am-8:10am—visiting team warm up

8:20am—Events 1-4 report to the Ready Bench

8:25am—Star Spangled Banner

8:30am—meet starts

8:35am—8&U relays report to the ready bench

Parent Supervisors are provided for ages 10 and under.  11 & up are responsible for getting themselves to their races.  Parent Supervisors should mark the children with their race numbers and gather them and walk them to the ready bench when their event numbers are called.

Approximately 11:30am—shift two starts (after event 39)

Approximately 1:30pm—meet ends
