Pictures and Pizza Party--Friday with individual photos starting at 4:30pm. Group photo at 5pm. Pizza served at 5:30. RSVPs will eat first. Swimming until 9pm.

Meet Set Up Friday Night--Meet set up will start at 8:30pm around the pool and will take approximately one hour. If you signed up for that, please make sure you are in attendance to get credit for that slot.

Meet Set up Saturday AM—Meet set up Saturday am will be from 6:30am-7:30am.  Please make sure you are on time to receive credit for the shift.

Time Trials Check in—Check in at 7:30am Saturday.  Have your child highlight their name on the table then report to your child’s tent.  Warm up will be from 7:45-8:15am.  If you are not there by 7:45am, you will be scratched from the meet. 

Volunteer Check in—Parent volunteers need to highlight their names on the volunteer table and report to their shift in order to receive credit towards the 4 mandatory shifts.

Tear Down—Everyone helps with tear down.  If you see someone working, please help them.  Encourage your children to help pick up trash and pitch in to help.

Thanks Dolphin families!  We have a HUGE team again this year with almost 190 swimmers so it takes a lot of help to make these meets fun and efficient!  We are looking forward to another amazing season!
