We are looking forward to another wonderful week of swimming and community spirit! Let’s hope the weather cooperates!

Friday Pictures—Our team and individual pictures will be taken on Friday.  Individuals start at 4:30pm and the team photo will be taken around 5pm. The order form is attached.  Please wear your team suit or black suit if you do not have one.  Please do not stand behind the photographer and take pictures. You can take them from the side but they have requested none from behind. They make a living this way and we want to support them.  Buttons will be printed on site! 

Friday Pizza Party—After pictures, we will serve pizza. Athletes are free if they have RSVPd. Additional plates are $4 for adults and $2 for kids. Pay at the door.  RSVPs will eat first.

Merchandise—If you have purchased something online, it should be available at the merchandise table.

Free t shirts—Friday is your LAST CHANCE to pick up a free t shirt.  If you do not get one by Friday, we will not guarantee one for you.

Friday Swimming—We have paid for lifeguards and will swim until 9pm, weather permitting.

Saturday—Check in at 7:30am.  Be sure to RSVP! We need times on every single swimmer!

Volunteering Saturday—Parents, check your parent page to see what you signed up for.  Look under Actions in the upper right corner of the page. Check in on Saturday to be sure that you get credit for your shift.

Tear Down—There is no sign up for tear down.  Everyone, including athletes, is expected to help.

Trouble RSVPing—If you are having trouble with the system, try a different browser and clear your cookies.  We still have 89 who have not RSVPd.
